Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Guest Experience Manager to lead our team at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee. This role involves creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and empowering our team members to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Guest Experience Experts to provide personalized service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • No prior work experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move about the property as needed.
