Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Banksouth Corporation. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and concerns efficiently.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive results.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Language: English (fluency in Spanish a plus).

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
