Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position located at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia.

About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and retrieving information from computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests.
  • Transmitting information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  • Operating standard office equipment other than computers.
  • Preparing letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail.
  • Creating and maintaining computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
  • Compiling, copying, sorting, and filing records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
  • Entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • FOLLOWING all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speaking with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely, and answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting team to reach common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
