Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

At Kittle Property Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring they remain safe and attractive for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they are within budget.
  • Perform daily inspections of community grounds and facilities.
  • Complete all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform preventative maintenance activities.
  • Maintain landscaping, bushes, trees, and lawn, as well as perform snow removal and other seasonal tasks.
  • Supervise contractors and maintain records of maintenance performed.
  • Provide emergency resident support and maintain resident and unit records.
  • Conduct quarterly unit inspections and maintain physical maintenance of community facilities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
