Additional Duties

1. Inspire and motivate team members to contribute to a positive workplace culture.

2. Manage supply orders on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis as necessary.

3. Maintain inventory control and organization of storage areas.

4. Ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly, reporting any issues for repair.

5. Conduct recruitment and training for new team members.

6. Complete necessary paperwork for new hires and terminations.

7. Perform team member evaluations and communicate effectively with management.

8. Conduct regular walk-throughs with clients to ensure satisfaction.

9. Address any cleaning or personnel issues promptly.
