About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team in France and Benelux. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing the channel landscape in the assigned region, meeting budget and activity targets, and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships and structured partnerships with distribution partners and their customers (Managed Service Providers, Resellers)
  • Build and maintain a consistent and reliable funnel of opportunities and meet agreed contract volume and revenue targets for new business
  • Retain and grow existing customers to agreed revenue targets by up-selling and cross-selling
  • Work collaboratively with sales leadership team and cross-functional team members to develop and manage an account acquisition strategy in their territory
Requirements
  • French (Native), English Business level is required (Dutch or German is an asset)
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in IT channel (Vendor, Distribution, Reseller, Managed Service Provider)
  • Experience in SaaS software sales is an asset
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
  • Proven ability to dynamically establish and adjust priorities based on activity
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Effective presenter, mediator and collaborator
  • World-class relationship building skills
  • Expected travel volume up to 33% of working time
