Job Overview

As a Phone Support Specialist with The Wittern Group, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional phone interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems
  • Customer service experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
