Job Overview

Soliant is currently seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in the North Berwick, Maine area. As a key member of our support staff, you will be working directly with students from 2nd to 4th grade who require individualized assistance and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize student needs and develop personalized learning plans to promote academic and behavioral growth.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to ensure student safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and educators.

About the Role:

This full-time position offers an ASAP start date and runs until the end of the school year. You can expect to work on-site with students, providing one-on-one support and guidance. While experience is preferred, we welcome applications from education professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of their students.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist or equivalent role.
  • An active Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
  • Educational qualifications such as an Education Technician level 3 certification.
