Estimated Salary: $42,000-$55,000 per yearThis position is responsible for patient movement coordination. The role includes communicating with patients via telephone and in person, rooming and obtaining information from patients, and providing direct assistance to physicians. As an ambassador of the company, you will represent our organization with customers, clients, and vendors in public settings.

Essential Duties:
- You will provide assistance to physicians and lead assistants.
- You will obtain histories and chief complaints from patients.
- You will escort patients into exam rooms and print or electronically file prescription requests.
- You will document orders and consent patients for surgical procedures.
- You will apply casts, splints, DME supplies, and provide post-op instructions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- You hold a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- You possess knowledge of electronic medical records and type 30-40 words per minute.
- You understand medical terminology, customer service principles, and HIPAA guidelines.
- You can lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and utilize your senses effectively.
Education and Experience:
- You must be at least 18 years old and hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
- You should have 1-4 years of experience in a high-volume clinic or hospital setting.
