About the Role

The Wittern Group is looking for a talented Phone Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to web leads, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently triaging calls and web leads, utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed information to support teams
  • Actively listening to customer needs and concerns, resolving issues promptly

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems

Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
