About the Job

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in procurement and customer service to fill this role. As a Procurement and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling administrative duties, including purchasing, expediting, invoice resolution, and customer communication via email and phone.

You will answer internal calls from clients and communicate with vendors to resolve any issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality service, maintaining professionalism at all times, and following dress code guidelines.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 1+ years of experience in procurement preferred;
  • Certified Professional in Marketing (CPM) certification preferred;
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency with MS Office products;
  • Ability to learn ERP and Inventory Management applications;
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail;
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently;
  • Background check and drug test required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with long periods of keyboarding and occasional exposure to manufacturing environments. Regularly required to talk and hear, frequently required to sit, occasionally required to stand and walk, and may need to lift up to 25 lbs.
