Job DescriptionBeemac Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Client Solutions Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a book of business and establish meaningful relationships with clients in the transportation logistics industry. As a successful Client Solutions Manager, you will act as a business owner, entrepreneur, and customer service specialist, utilizing expert oral and written communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. You will also partner with sales leadership to create strategies for prospecting new business and utilize your personality and positive energy to impact others and your working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong independent and teamwork mindset, with a high energy and enthusiasm level. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, providing limitless earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Partner with sales leadership to create strategies for prospecting new business
  • Utilize expert oral and written communication skills to deliver value-added solutions
  • Work as a team in a fast-paced environment to deliver results
  • Practice effective time management to organize your day and avoid distractions
  • Be an inquisitive and quick learner, paying attention to small details
  • Take initiative to put customers first and continually grow your book of business


Requirements:

  • Full-time Monday through Friday
  • A detailed career development program with incentives and rewards
  • A College Degree preferred, but relevant advanced sales or industry experience will be considered
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong independent and teamwork skills, with a high energy and enthusiasm level
  • Driven by a high moral and ethical compass
  • Willingness to conduct and build your business confidently over the telephone and face-to-face
