Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS). As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals within the given timeframe.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and self-driven learning.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Professional or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
  • Some technical knowledge in the industrial space.
  • Valid Driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
