We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Information System (CIS) Coordinator to join our team at BJC. As a CIS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of system upgrades and assisting with design and testing efforts for enhancements to clinical information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to end users and participate in training, process improvement, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Assist with mapping of workflows and provide new and ongoing clinical systems training.
- Review, test, and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide daily support to clinicians through review of clinical reports, audits, downtime procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain communications to hospitals regarding clinical system changes and upgrades.
- Associate's Degree in Business or related field.
- Less than 2 years of experience.
- No supervisor experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
