Axes Physical Therapy is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Technician (Aide) to join our team at our Farmington Clinic.
This part-time position offers flexible hours and is ideal for students pursuing a medical-related field. As a Clinical Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the clinic's appearance and upkeep, working closely with the Clinical Director and other team members to enhance the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including cleaning equipment, assisting with laundry, and restocking supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist physical therapists with patient interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Support front office staff with answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
- Contribute to the clinic's upkeep by assisting with digital technology and EMR systems.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Documented history of working with people in a service industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative and reliability.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college experience in a related healthcare field preferred.
- Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting is preferred.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs frequently.
