In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day data entry and processing of fleet maintenance information. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager or Pool Fleet Manager to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, verify, and enter data into computer systems.
  • Manage office processes, including filing, handling mail, and directing phone calls.
  • Maintain local paperwork such as reports, vehicle information, and company documents for easy access.
  • Process basic receivable tasks, including generating or submitting purchase orders/invoices.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in an office setting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in computer use (a plus).
