About the Role

The Fleet Mechanic is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet vehicles. As a skilled mechanic, you will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure our trucks are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with our fleet vehicles
  • Conduct DOT and state inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide feedback to the Lead/Shop Foreman on work issues and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in light/medium duty truck repair
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass DOT Physical and DOT Road Test
  • Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time

What We Offer

  • Great starting pay $30.00/hr ($31.00/hr with double endorsement)
  • 1st Shift Opening (6 am - 4 pm, 4 days a week)
