Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN to join our team at Sierra Health and Wellness Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN will be responsible for overseeing detoxification processes, ensuring medical procedures are followed, and documenting patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
  • Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes to evaluate patient status
  • Administer medications and provide nursing care according to physician orders
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Current LVN license or LPT license
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
