Job Title: Assistant Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis

Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing BXCI's operating and fund models, creating firm forecasts and projections, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual materials on BXCI's financial results for presentation to Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance BXCI's operating and fund models to create firm forecasts and projections
  • Work closely with the investment team to request updates, including fund models, PM reporting, and various ad hoc requests
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual materials on BXCI's financial results for presentation to Senior Leadership
  • Assist in managing the AUM reporting process
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses requested by Senior Leadership
  • Liaise with investor relations on new product development
  • Assist with technology initiatives
  • Special finance projects determined by the needs of Senior Leadership
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5+ years of professional work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Prior experience in investment banking or FP&A preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Exceptionally strong financial modeling skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects
  • Possess a strong work ethic and professional integrity, a team player
  • Excellent time management skills and highly organized
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
