About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our Sustainability Infrastructure Building - Solutions & Technologies business, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure conformance with the construction plan.
  • Implement site safety and security procedures, and play an active role in the development of the safety program.
  • Develop and maintain project execution plans, and ensure compliance with provincial, local, and federal legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry.
  • Management experience with projects related to HVAC, Controls/BAS, Lighting, and Renewable Energy systems is desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems.
