Copper Hills Youth Center is a private residential treatment facility dedicated to supporting adolescents aged 12-17. Our mission is to guide, educate, and mentor youth, providing them with opportunities for meaningful change.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Admissions Specialist who will be responsible for:

  • Managing the entire admissions process and referrals until case completion, which includes ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted to the relevant departments and being available for after-hours admissions.
  • Responding to all referral inquiries in a timely manner and accurately entering the inquiry data into various tracking systems.
  • Providing all required documentation for the pre-authorization process to the appropriate parties.
  • Ensuring funding is secured before arranging travel for admissions.
  • Conducting pre-screen assessments to evaluate the appropriate level of care based on psychiatrist recommendations and collaborating with medical and clinical reviewers for placement decisions.

This role is based at our main campus.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred
