Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Assistant to join our team at Brockton Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) in the care and treatment of patients, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.
- Perform various duties, including front desk duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, and checking in patients.
- Gain experience in inpatient and outpatient clinic care, including sterile fields and clean treatment rooms.
- Develop skills in patient care, including pre-exam, exam, and post-exam procedures.
- Utilize electronic medical records systems, such as Meditech, to document patient information and communicate with healthcare teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient clinic care, front desk duties, and sterile fields.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and provide excellent patient care.
- Knowledge of medications and LEAN principles is a plus.
