Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of our retail clinics, ensuring a positive patient experience and helping more people hear better.
  • Support the clinic by attracting new patients, managing administrative and operational functions, and coordinating patient interactions and needs.
  • Drive patient appointment and clinic revenue generation by making outbound and follow-up calls to potential and existing patients.
  • Greet all patients, obtain potential referrals, and understand current marketing promotions.
  • Manage data entry, appointment scheduling, and office supply inventory according to company protocols.
  • Maintain accurate accounts of petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions.
  • Work with patients to collect insurance documentation and understand current HIPAA laws.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional professionalism and clear articulation in face-to-face, verbal, and written communications.
  • Strong organization and sales mindset, with proactive customer service skills and friendly behavior in all patient interactions.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous front office experience, preferably in customer service or sales.
  • Superior multi-tasking and time management discipline, with ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and support services.
  • Skilled in handling sensitive matters and patients with tact, courtesy, and discretion.
  • Technically savvy with computer and systems, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite.
