Warranty Manager Job Description

Pavilion Construction is seeking a skilled Warranty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to warranty service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately research and troubleshoot warranty issues, implementing cost-effective solutions as needed.
  • Track and manage all warranty requests, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our team, property managers, owners, and subcontractors to determine warranty eligibility and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of service repairs and delivery of outstanding service.
  • Hold subcontractors accountable for results and ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Perform required inspections and adhere to company standards.
  • Present service invoices to project managers for approval and monitor repair budgets.
  • Coordinate and direct client systems training sessions, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, fire alarm, and landscaping.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of verifiable experience in construction office management.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Able to multitask, be organized, and work under pressure.
  • Experience in supporting senior management.
  • Strong team player with ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
