Project Administrator Job Description

As a Project Administrator at SDV Construction Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Construction Managers in ensuring compliance with material specifications, subcontractors' scope of work, and submittals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Construction Managers in project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, subcontractors' scope of work, and submittals.
  • Build relationships with vendors and valued partners to optimize workflow and schedule adherence.
  • Collaborate with field managers to ensure they are prepared to execute and install projects through every phase of completion.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial construction management or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
