Construction Quality Assurance Manager

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our CCI Prime Contractors team, you will be responsible for maintaining current records of quality control operations, activities, and tests performed, including the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
This role is located at Cannon AFB in Albuquerque, NM, and involves the construction of a pre-engineered metal building with reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, steel structure, metal sandwich panel walls and standing seam metal roof, environmental control (heating, air conditioning and ventilation), fire detection and protection, mass notification system, etc.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and review submittals
- Update submittal register
- Conduct inspections of materials and workmanship
- Supervise special inspections
- Verify qualifications
- Maintain rework/deficiency logs
- Perform three phases of inspection
- Hold preparatory meetings with the team
- Implement USACE Quality Control Management
- OSHA 30 certification
- CQM-C certification within the last 5 years
- Graduate Engineer or Construction Management degree
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience as a Quality Control Manager on projects of similar size and complexity
- Experience managing Government projects
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
- Experience with Procore and RMS
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results
This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, climbing, or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds.
