Clinical Liaison Representative

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth delivery of our home medical equipment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and Education: Set up and educate patients on the use of respiratory therapy equipment in the office, lab, or patient's home, and complete all necessary documentation.
- Patient Setup and Support: Set up patients with PAP devices in the home setting, lab setting, and in-office during regular business hours and after hours as needed.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and therapists.
- Compliance and Monitoring: Monitor patient compliance under the supervision of the manager using appropriate technology and compliance tracking systems.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate all schedule requirements, creating orders for new CPAP/BiPAP starts, and process reorder requests.
- Client Relations: Maintain good relations with clients and consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, medical conditions, and home environments.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the inventory management of respiratory equipment and supplies.
- Reporting and Training: Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policy, and train and educate patients and caregivers on the use of equipment.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Experience: Two (2) years of HME experience is required.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid and unrestricted driver's license from the state of residence.
Competencies, Skills, and Abilities:
- DME Services and Products: Knowledge of DME services and products.
- Communication and Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication, and excellent customer service skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
