Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement data-driven decision-making processes to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on process implementation and optimization.
  • Lead the development of processes to support global expansion, including but not limited to Creators, TikTok, PXM, fulfillment, and marketplaces.
Requirements:
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certified
  • Proficient in reporting tools and query building (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining cross-functional programs/processes with multiple stakeholder expectations being met
  • Experience in providing low-code solutions to automate wherever possible
  • Bonus if you have operational experience within the ecomm/retail industry
