The Treasury team at Bausch + Lomb is tasked with overseeing global cash and liquidity management, foreign currency risk, and banking relationships. The **Treasury Analyst** will play a crucial role in managing the North America cash management processes in collaboration with the Global Treasury team, aiming to optimize and enhance the Company’s liquidity profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and report on global forecasts weekly using the Hyperion Essbase system, providing management insights into the Company’s liquidity status.
  • Assist in transitioning the cash forecasting process from the Hyperion Essbase system to the Treasury Management System, Kyriba.
  • Support daily cash operations, including cash positioning for bank accounts related to corporate and US activities.
  • Provide operational assistance for Wire Input, Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) payments, and more.
  • Facilitate global bank account management to ensure an optimal number of accounts for necessary coverage and control, including overseeing the opening and closing of accounts for US and LATAM.
  • Prepare management reports, including counterparty risk and cash equivalent reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and other Treasury policies.
  • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to ensure that treasury services are adequately controlled, accurately accounted for, and reported.
  • Support all internal and external audits related to treasury services.
  • Assist in implementing Treasury technology in collaboration with other departments.
  • Lead Back Office functions related to foreign currency trading and hedging programs in partnership with the Capital Markets team.
  • Develop and enhance management reporting for Treasury Operations to be shared with executive leadership.
  • Act as a backup for other daily operational tasks and support long-term departmental objectives.
  • Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Certified Treasury Professional designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting, focusing on cash management and Treasury operations.
  • Experience working with virtual teams.
  • Familiarity with bank cash management systems, Treasury Management Systems, and SAP 4/Hana Treasury modules is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and organizational skills.
