Position:
Membership Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Model N Revenue Manager to oversee the Membership Life Cycle for Large Organized Customers (LOC). This encompasses contract membership functions related to new eligibility and ongoing management including transitions, additions, and removals.
  • Operate autonomously within the Revenue Manager platform to establish and oversee membership affiliations and eligibility status for both direct and indirect clientele.
  • Execute Master Data requests within SAP iShift adhering to established business protocols for Vaccines accounts.
  • Address membership affiliation inquiries and concerns from account management teams.
  • Supervise the Revenue Manager platform and associated systems to ensure data precision.
  • Manage daily operational tasks and processes in collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Access and analyze data using reporting tools, including Revenue Manager, MicroStrategy, and related systems.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve membership discrepancies with both internal and external clients; maintain synchronization and integrity of membership data.
  • Foster and maintain a collaborative atmosphere with external clients and internal business partners.
  • Accountable for data compliance activities related to membership and the execution of relevant processes and business decisions to ensure compliance.
  • Guarantee that accurate and current membership records are maintained in accordance with audit and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Client Account Management team concerning contracting and membership operations.
  • Proactively engage with internal teams and external clients to streamline membership processes, address issues, and tackle business challenges.
  • Adhere to SOX and Government Pricing Policies and Procedures.
  • Support and comply with all Standard Operating Procedure documentation guidelines, compliance, and auditing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience with Model N and SAP iShift is preferred.
  • Background in Contracting, Membership, or Pricing is advantageous.
  • Possess a change-oriented mindset with a high degree of independence and adaptability to evolving environments.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and implementation abilities are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information effectively and professionally.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
