Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our Emergency Department team at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Assess patient needs and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
