  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Negotiate with vendors, manage inventory, and maintain budgets.
  • Work collaboratively with the General Manager to develop new products and promotions.
  • Set and maintain all regulations set forth by the NY State Liquor Authority.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Three years of experience in bartending or a related field preferred.
