Aquatics Program Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatics Coordinator to join our team at the City of Augusta GA. As an Aquatics Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and promoting effective Aquatics Programs at the Aquatics Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Aquatics Programs that meet the needs of our community.
- Collaborate with the Aquatics Program Manager to ensure alignment with departmental policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Aquatics staff to promote a safe and enjoyable experience for our patrons.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to promote Aquatics Programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Recreation, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Aquatics programming or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
