As a Clinical Coord-Employer Health Services, you will oversee the clinical operations of Employer Health Services (EHS) programs, providing leadership, guidance, and resource abilities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality healthcare. You will plan, develop, and organize the activities of the assigned clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to support EHS programs as needed in assigned areas, including occupational health and wellness and prevention.
- Participate in the assessment of clinical staffing needs by assisting EHS operations manager in maintaining master work schedules, adjusting staffing levels, and forecasting staffing needs based on contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with Employer Health Services administrative staff to ensure payroll is prepared and submitted in accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance with time and attendance guidelines.
- Develop and conduct clinical orientation and in-service training for EHS clinical staff, serving as a chief liaison between clinical staff, operations manager, director of operations, and medical director as needed.
- Act as a clinical resource to staff and employers, maintaining a high level of expertise in workers compensation regulations, CDC, DOT, OSHA, DHEC, DEA, and other regulatory agency policies and procedures.
- Monitor local, state, and federal regulations affecting operations and assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of appropriate policies and procedures.
- Associate's Degree - Nursing
- 3 years - clinical field of certification or licensure
- Occupational Health, Primary Care, Emergency/Urgent Care, and/or Episodic care experience
- Phlebotomy
- Clinical office equipment, Microsoft Office programs
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Data entry skills
- Mathematical skills
- Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
