Maintenance Manager

Regency Multifamily is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of our properties remains top-notch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance on apartment units, buildings, and grounds
- Manage inventory for maintenance equipment, parts, and supplies
- Mentor and instruct other team members
- Conduct inspections and repairs adhering to company procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum three years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and oral, and solve problems effectively
- Demonstrated Leadership through personal example and experience
- Professional attitude in all aspects of work
Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance
- EPA Certification Type II or Universal required
