Business Development Manager

At ServiceMaster Professional Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of proven sales success in a business-to-business environment.
- Experience in the service sector, preferably in the cleaning and facilities services industry.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
