Job Summary:

The Senior Application Developer at Western States CAT is responsible for designing and developing complex web, mobile, and embedded form applications for business stakeholders. This role works closely with the BI Solutions team to effectively plan, create, implement, and manage application solutions using Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of web development techniques, UI design skills, and application development methodology best practices. They will be able to analyze user and technical requirements, design effective solutions, and develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.

This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex web, mobile, and embedded form applications
  • Work closely with the BI Solutions team to plan, create, implement, and manage application solutions
  • Analyze user and technical requirements to design effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with others
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of development experience using Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C#, and APIs
  • Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design
  • Experience with Agile Development practices
