Position Overview:
We are in search of a motivated and skilled Civil Site Work Project Manager. This role entails managing all phases of civil site work projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. A strong foundation in civil engineering principles, exceptional leadership skills, and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Civil Site Work Project Manager, your duties will include:

1. Supervising onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
2. Coordinating and managing construction teams and subcontractors.
3. Monitoring daily work progress and addressing any issues.
4. Proactively planning to mitigate potential problems.
5. Overseeing project activities to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
6. Developing detailed project plans to track progress effectively.
7. Implementing risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
8. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and third parties.
9. Creating and maintaining thorough project documentation.
10. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Civil Site Work Project Manager position, candidates should possess:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in civil site work project management.
3. Proven track record in construction management with successful project completions.
4. Advanced understanding of construction management processes and methodologies.
5. In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction details, and applicable regulations.
6. Comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle.
7. Proficiency in conflict resolution and crisis management.
8. Strong organizational and project management skills.
9. Effective leadership and team collaboration abilities.
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
11. Capability to interpret and create contractual documents and bids.
12. Familiarity with construction management software.
