Qualifications:

3. Strong familiarity with project documentation, estimation processes, and construction practices.
4. Proven ability to manage technical aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
5. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
8. Proficiency in project management software tools.
9. Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles.
10. Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous.
