Key Responsibilities:


Utilize a blend of strategic thinking, conceptualization, and writing expertise to produce compelling narratives and copy for our clients and their target audiences.

Craft engaging scripts and user experience narratives for various mediums including film, digital campaigns, and live events.


Deliver impactful presentations, advocating for our creative work while being receptive to feedback to refine our outputs beyond expectations.


Oversee the creative workflow, ensuring a seamless process while continuously reviewing and enhancing every piece of content produced by your team.


Inspire and motivate your creative team, driving them to execute large-scale, cross-channel initiatives that are both creatively exceptional and strategically sound, delivered on time and within budget.


Contribute actively to the company culture by consistently bringing fresh ideas to your team and leadership, even when not directly related to client projects.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the specified location.

4-6 years of professional experience in creating high-quality written content and concepts within a creative agency or entertainment setting.


A strong online portfolio showcasing a proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative projects across various formats, particularly in film, social media, and web content for prestigious clients.

Expertise in campaign development and execution.


Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of individuals; we value teamwork over individual stardom.

A confident yet respectful demeanor, open to proposing new ideas while also embracing constructive feedback.

Proficient in integrating client feedback into ongoing projects.

Solid understanding of effective creative briefs and the ability to advocate for necessary revisions.

Exceptional grammar and spelling skills.

Strong copy editing and proofreading abilities, with meticulous attention to detail in both written content and design elements.

Experience in developing successful concepts within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.

Familiarity with marketing strategies, including objectives, business plans, and success metrics.

Understanding of client products and business challenges in relation to the broader market.

Ability to present confidently to senior clients.

Experience in mentoring and guiding other writers.

General knowledge of technology platforms and their limitations.
