Role Summary:

We are looking for skilled freelance professionals who are adaptable and can contribute to the training and quality assurance of Large Language Models (LLM). The ideal candidate will have strong language skills, cultural insight, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate LLM prompt-answer pairs according to a specified quality framework.
  • Create original prompts and responses, including dialogues on various topics.
  • Revise conversation subjects based on specific guidelines, prioritizing safety, creativity, and accuracy.
  • Conduct research as needed to generate writing and prompt ideas.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Stay informed about domain-specific terminology and current language and cultural trends.
  • Review high-priority content based on project specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a creative writer, content creator, or essayist.
  • Background in education, particularly English teaching.
