Clinical Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Mount Sinai Health System. As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation.
- Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes.
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with new technologies and techniques.
- NYS Licensed Medical Technologist (MT) certification.
- BS degree in Science or related field.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
