Clinical Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Mount Sinai Health System. As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure seamless workflow and efficient test processing.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
- NYS Licensed Medical Technologist (MT) certification.
- BS degree in Science or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
