As a Surgical Care Coordinator at Northwest Health Services, you will play a critical role in providing excellent care to patients in a surgical setting. This position requires a skilled and compassionate nurse to act as an intermediary between the operating room staff and the rest of the hospital.


Key Responsibilities:
Monitor procedures in operating rooms during surgery
Keep the surgical area clean and organized for the scrub nurse and the physician
Prepare patients for procedures and handle preparation for the operating room before surgery takes place
Assess patient conditions before and during surgery to ensure the best outcome

Requirements:
License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas
Current BLS and ACLS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment
Preferred 3+ years of experience in a surgical setting
