Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in the home to critical, complex clients, focusing on trach and/or vent patients of all ages. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a family-based company that prides itself on dedication, passion, and service.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
Collaborate with our respiratory therapists to train and support nurses in providing optimal care
Work closely with our support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
Current LPN license
CPR certification (no online classes accepted)
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
