Product Manufacturing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Product Technician to join our manufacturing team at Wenger Corporation. As a Product Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine materials inspection, machine operations, assembly, basic quality control, and packing/shipping preparation under limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review work assignments, paperwork, and documentation to optimize shift performance.
- Perform manufacturing processes according to established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work, noting and forwarding Defective Material Report (DMR) data for decision and action.
- Meet or exceed established quality and quantity standards, minimizing downtime and rework.
- Collaborate with the Manager or department Lead to share information, observations, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain the assigned area in a clean, orderly condition to minimize safety hazards and lost-time accidents.
- Contribute to a cooperative work effort through accurate and timely performance of assigned duties.
- Provide general guidance and assistance to trainees, contributing to their development and overall results.
Requirements:
- 3-6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Experience training others.
- Experience understanding engineering drawings.
- Experience performing mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Experience operating machinery.
