Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to lead our team at Kermina Inc's trampoline park. As the right candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing point of sale systems, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Supervise daily activities, focusing on office duties and transaction management.
  • Point of Sale Management: Effectively manage point of sale systems to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Financial Accuracy: Accurately handle accounts payable and receivables.
  • Administrative Support: Leverage advanced computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and manage office supplies efficiently.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
Essential Requirements
  • Computer Proficiency: Must possess advanced computer skills for administrative tasks.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is crucial for this role.
  • Point of Sale Experience: Experience with point of sale systems is highly beneficial.
  • Customer Service Background: A strong background in customer service is preferred.
  • Accounts Payable Experience: Experience in handling accounts payable and receivable is a plus.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
