The Revenue Manager is a key role in our hotel revenue strategy, responsible for leading the team to achieve revenue growth and support the hotel's brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to maximize hotel profits.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue decisions.
  • Manage and optimize pricing, promotions, and availability strategies.
  • Monitor and report on revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including GMs, corporate teams, and ownership entities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of Revenue Management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and systems.
