Revenue Management Analyst

Viking Cruises US is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Analyst to join our team at our corporate headquarters office in Woodland Hills, California. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will play a critical role in influencing and supporting our revenue management strategy through pricing, inventory control, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pricing and inventory to support yield management goals in assigned markets based on supply and demand, booking curves, standard reports, competitive landscape, market conditions, and data analysis.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses and create ad hoc reports and presentation decks for senior management, including the CMO, CEO, and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Marketing, Sales, Call Center, Operations, and IT, to implement projects within expected deadlines.
  • Proofread direct mailers, email campaigns, and other marketing materials for accuracy in pricing before they are sent to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Statistics, Business Administration, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Previous experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUPs, IFs) and database management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred, with a willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience with the travel industry and/or revenue management is highly preferred.
