We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director to lead our global people operations team. This person will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that drives business growth and supports our mission to help teams succeed.

Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.">Lead a team of recruiters and hiring managers to source, select, and onboard top talent.">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative recruitment processes and tools.">Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.">">

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources leadership.">
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective people operations.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.">
  • Experience with recruitment software and technology platforms.">

Compensation and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $156,700 - $209,000 per year, depending on your location and level of experience. Additionally, you'll have access to a range of benefits, including health coverage, paid volunteer days, and wellness resources.
